Bubble Bath!!!

These two LOVE their bath time! Any time Natalia even sees a bathtub, she stand up to it and starts bouncing and squealing. All it takes for Andrew is the sound of the bath water filling the tub, to bring him running! (Why is it that we think we can get ONE picture with BOTH of them looking at the same time?)

Andrew feeding Natalia

What can I say? Andrew is such a good helper- and Natalia is such a good sport! Andrew insists on feeding his little sister every chance he gets! He actually does a pretty good job of it too! The last picture is what I found when I came into the room after Raja had taken the laundry out of the dryer- that's a good one dad!

Our friend's the Taylors (who served a mission to Sri Lanka), invited us to their home to roast hotdogs, marshmellows and ride horses. Andrew's favorite part was putting a marshmellow on the end of his stick and keeping it in the fire, until it caught on fire and eventually oozed off the stick. And he did that several times! On the way home we thought if we drove for an extra couple of minutes that Andrew might join his sleeping sister in slumperland. However, in his past tired and very alert stage, he instead starting mimicking me from the back seat as I gave directions to Raja. "Turn left on Kimball" he said over and over. The funny part was about a week later. On the way to run an errand Andrew said, "I want to go ride horses to the Taylors, turn left on Kimball"!

Happy Halloween!

Probably because of low batteries we weren't able to get very good pictures of the kids' Halloween costumes this year. Andrew was very excited to be "Bob the Builder can we fix it" (as he would tell anyone who asked) and Natalia was one of Santa's elfs. This was at our ward 'trunk-or-treat'. Someone brought these bales of hay to give the kids a 'cowboy' experience- it was great! As we were leaving - to pick Raja up from work- I told Andrew if he could stay awake we could continue trick or treating in our neighborhood when we got home. He was fast asleep about two minutes later! So with the kids in bed, Raja and I enjoyed passing out candy by ourselves- ahh... in peace and quiet!

Josh and Ember's Wedding

It was wonderful to be able to see Josh and Ember be sealed for time and all eternity. They are perfect for each other! They are a very strong couple and I'm sure together they will be able to move mountains. It was fun being together with family and getting to spend time with everyone. Definately one of those times when your life focus zooms back to reality and the importance of family stands loud and clear. We are truely blessed!

Andrew's 3rd Birthday (St. George)

Andrew's 3rd birthday was well recognized! Grandma and Auntie Rachel made him a fabulous birthday cake and our friends the Brady's came for the party. Andrew had a lot of fun playing with his lifelong friend, Ailee and playing with his new toys. The night ended with Grandma being stung by a scorpion! The picture is of her soaking her affected foot. As soon as it happened, everyone instantly got on their cell phones calling every doctor we knew- within about a 1/2 hr. (and several phone calls later) we were convinced that the throbbing pain would subside and she would be ok. Thankfully, she is fine. On a happier note, we loved the family and friend time and are grateful for the planning and work that went into this fun night for Andrew.

Preschool Birthday Celebration

Andrew's birthday was also celebrated at preschool. This week it was at his friend, Madison's house. The all got cupcakes and Andrew got a birthday certificate. He loved it!
