HAPPY 5th BIRTHDAY ANDREW...!
Andrew celebrated his 5th birthday today. When he woke up in the morning first thing he did to see the gifts. Natalia gave her gift to Andrew first, by his request, because he knew what it was ( a hot wheels car).
They were having so much fun, Natalia started opening his gifts and Andrew could not even noticed that she was opening his gifts.

Andrew and Natalia's first race!
Andrew and Natalia had so much fun in this race! With the kids divided by age we didn't see Andrew most of the race. The one time we did see him, he had a huge smile on his face! Natalia ran or piggybacked the whole race, but also ran with a grin! The race was 1 mile and each participant received a medal at the finish line.
This is the three of us, pre-race.
All the kids lined up to race. I almost think this was just for the purpose of a photo shoot, because afterward they divided the kids up with the kids 10-13 in front, 8-9 yr olds second etc. which only left Natalia and her peers (with their parents) on the actual starting line. I was surprised how many little ones there were! I was also relived they put the older kids up front- I was wondering how this was all going to happen without the little guys getting trampled!
This is the one time we saw Andrew. He walked or ran the whole race, but he was awesome to do it all by himself and be so happy about the whole thing. ( We saw several kids throwing tantrums, and not wanting to have any part of this. Ahh, the temperamental state of children!)
Here Natalia is running along!
Near the finish line!
At the end, Andrew came back to see us and to show us his medal. He was so proud!
Andrew's soccer coach is the directer of the YMCA and therefore had a big role in this whole event. Here he is giving Natalia 'five' as she crosses the finish line!
Natalia receiving her medal. After the race all of the kids got hot chocolate and an apple. They also had a party with a D.J. and a bounce house. We look forward to doing this again next year!

Andrew's 1st Soccer Game
This is Andrew- showing off his new soccer shirt
Warm up before the game (Andrew is in the front).
The action begins!
In the 6yr old and younger division, one of the rules is that
it is against the rule to keep score :)
Andrew has an awesome coach, he is great at giving everyone
equal play time.
Andrew watching his friend Ryland take a great shot!
Andrew making sure that Ryland's 'owie' isn't too bad.
At the end of the game all the parents and 'fans' make a bridge
(picture London Bridges) for the players to run through!
Excitement at the goal!
Look at that action!
Andrew is such a fast runner!

ANDREW'S FIRST DAY OF PRE-K SCHOOL
Andrew is with his best buddy. First day of pre-k school. Behind them you can see the class room. They are so happy to go to school.
This is Andrew's first day of pre-k school. He was so exited to go to school and have fun. Not only he was way exited, but also to go with his best buddy too. We were so proud of him. He did not cried or make and impressions that he wants to come back home. Angela went early in the morning to register him for this school around 7.00 A.M. Even though she went early in the morning there were a lot of people waiting in line to register their kinds....!
Inside the class room. I manage to get a picture inside their class room. What a memory....!
After their class session this is what they have done. They ran around the pavilion and we had to catch up with them. Andrew always happy to be around with his buddy. They play well together.
